Letter from the Cannings

The spring of 2015 My wife and I embarked on a new home build project in Superstition Mountain, Gold Canyon, Arizona.

Through the process of investigating both design and builder needs it was recommended that we contact Jason Lofgreen with Encore Design Group for our home design needs.

Our experience working with Jason could not have been better. Our process started with an initial meeting to discuss procedures as a whole. We were sent away with an in depth questionnaire that covered all facets of our likes and needs for our new home. Upon completing the questionnaire Jason went to work designing our home to fit not only our wants and needs, he Incorporated the lot location and view into the complete design process. This process was completed in a very efficient time frame. Jason sent us an electronic draft copy of the design to go over and mark up as we saw fit. The first thing my wife and I talked about upon reviewing the draft was how accurate he was in listening and incorporating the wants and need from the questionnaire into the design of the home. A meeting was set forth to review the changes to the draft design. Our changes amounted to an increase in size of a couple of bedrooms with an addition of a bar in our outside living area and some minor cosmetic changes that were handled in an efficient manner. 

 

Jason’s expertise and experience was invaluable while dealing with HOA architectural review committee and County personnel.
